Hello!
I'm hoping someone on here canhelp me out. I have a website I need to use for work (https://mft.exxonmobil.com) that I am unable to access from home. The browser eventually times out. I can access it from work an from my phone when its not on the WiFi. I was certain this was a problem with Sky somehow blocking it or messing up the routing to it or something. However, I have just been speaking to someone at Sky and they say that they can access the website at their end just fine so its not Sky causing the issue. To be clear, he was a Sky TV rather than broadband man, I was talking to him about something else, not sure if that matters.
I have tried tweaking the broadband shield settings - turning it off, adding the website to the 'allowed' list, but nothing seems to make a difference. I have turned off the firewall on my PC, no change.
Has anyone got anything else I could try? I'd be interested in knowing if any other Sky users can access this website as well.
Thanks!
Al
