After many years with no problem, since Friday I cannot load my virgin media email account. It works perfectly with other wifi and with mobile data but not with my home Sky broadband. Any suggestions?

I have exactly the same issue, since Friday. I can log into my virgin email from work Internet but not able to login from sky broadband at home. The page just times ou regardless of device used or incognito tab. I logged the issue with virgin but only reslised today that this appears to be a block from this ip address.

Have you been able to resolve it? I'm clueless!! Mine started Friday as well so Sky must have done something! Thanks for replying

I suspect the issue is virgin related, as there was some form of outage Friday which they said would be resolved by midnight Sunday. I am using a secondary account on virgin linked to my father's primary account. I phoned him earlier and he could login and access my email whereas I can't do this from home. On virgins forum there are people posting exactly the same issue without any resolution I'm afraid.

Might be a DNS issue. Have you tried restarting your router?

Thanks for the reply I did reboot it last night but will try again tonight when home. I think it may be a wider issue as I cant access it over my mobile network (ee) either whereas wifi at work logs straight in.

It seems to have sorted itself! No idea how or why - but I dont really are!
