When I try to access 192.168.0.1 I get an error "This site can’t be reached. 192.168.0.1 refused to connect." (or something similar depending which OS/browser combination I use)
This happens when on WiFi or wired, on several different devices
I've tried resetting my hub, the hub has done an update, I've checked 192.168.0.1 is definitely the router (it matches the DNS and gateway information in ipconfig/ifconfig)... and I'm now out of ideas, since I can't get into the settings at all
Do I have a faulty hub, or is there something else I can try here?

I don't think I can edit the above, but just to add that the internet itself seems to be working fine again both wired and wifi, it's just the admin panel that I can't access

Is that a black Sky Broadband Hub or a white Max Hub?
The Max Hub is mostly administered through the My Sky app rather than a web interface.
Unfortunately it's not unknown for the relevant tabs to be rather slow to show up in the app, though.

It's definitely not a "slow to load" kind of issue, the router is refusing the connection (ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED) and thus the browser is throwing up an error - nothing is loading whatsoever over any timeframe

Thanks - so my hub arrives more than a day after my service was meant to start and then doesn't even work properly... not a particulary auspicious start for my time with Sky!
At least the internet itself works, but considering I know Sky hubs are sometimes refurbished etc this doesn't exactly fill me with confidence that mine is definitely safe and secure etc
