Can’t access apps says no connection

When I try to go to catch up or apps it says I have no connection to broadband but it is connected and WiFi working on other devices. I tried going to settings and network to connect - holding wps button on router but says unsuccessful

Hi , I'm having tge same problem with my sky. It won't let me go on certain apps, I have to use a neighbours WiFi to use them. I asked the BT engineer to pop back and he kindly did so. He said there was no issues with the line. I'm disabled and get quite frustrated with this issue. All the green lights are on , on the router....I'm dumb founded.
