I want to access Shield to make sure it's off and it won't load properly, the online help is useless and just sends you round in circles.
My emails load but pictures don't load and that's after there has been a lot of buffering. I've seen the wheel of doom more in the last two weeks than ever before. Internet sites are taking forever to load up and then they time out.
At this moment I cannot believe I'm getting the best internet package from Sky as it the worst service I've ever had.
Major regret coming to Sky!
