Can't Access my NVR for cameras through the router when not at home
Hi,
I have a sky max hub and a lorex dvr connected via LAN. I've set the IP address for the DVR and put the router settings in.
I have port forwarded using the Mysky app but when I am not in the house I can connect to the DVR/Cameras.
I spoke to Sky who say it's the camera system but I'm not sure it is as all the settings in the DVR appear correct.
Any ideas?

Looks like I found the answer.
I was missing the public IP address for Sky routing to my system.
I have now found it and it is allowing port forwarding.
Learn somethung everyday.
