I had an engineer from open reach come out today from open reach to install my sky broadband. After hours of waiting and troubleshooting my broadband still doesn't work. The PON light is constantly flashing, is anyone able to help with what I can do?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Karen151 the PON light should be a steady green but the LAN light which is next to it does flash as it indicates data is flowing. If your service is working normally and the LOS light is not showing red all should be well.
