Same here in Ottery and now there is a fault with mobile data also 😩

Has anyone heard from sky about what they are doing it says it'll be down for three days! I've got no broadband and no tv, are sky going to compensate me for no service?

The below link explains the Ofcom agreed auto compensation scheme which Sky operates for when there is a TOTAL loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk.

If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full WORKING days from when the fault is first reported to Sky, you will become eligible for it. It’s applied 30 days after the fault has been repaired and will come in the form of a credit appearing on your Sky account (new rates from 01/04/24).

INFORMATION FOR SKY+ USERS: From 29th October 2024 you will no longer be able to pair your viewing card to a Sky+/Sky+HD box that the card is not already paired to, so if your Sky box fails you can’t replace it and you'll need to move to either Sky Q, Sky Glass or Sky Stream to access Sky content

I'm just near Whimple and it's been down since 2:30… haven't been able to get any work done.

Is there an ETA on the fix?

Sky broadband down? Or is it my broadband hub?

Hi my broadband hub is not working. The internet light keeps flashing amber, both my power and WiFi lights are green. Is there an issue with sky or is my sky hub the problem?

I also think mine was working when I got home from work at 6.30pm but noticed that it wasn't when I turned on the tv/sky stream and it said not connected. I am south east, surrey

Mine is exactly the same; light on for WiFi and power but no light for Internet. Been like it since about 3 pm, I'm in North Yorkshire. Hoping it'll right itself over night!

Mine has gone. Been weird last few days with stops and starts on You Tube. Now on Netflix and Disney +.  Is it my router or a delivery problem.   Croydon South London.

It has to be a SKY problem my internet light is either flashing orange or solid orange
