I'm having trouble connecting my devices to the Internet. It's not even showing up as a a list device on my phone

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Ayeshabr80 Is the issue that the Sky SSID is not showing on your phone when you are close to the hub? It would help if you post which colour your hub is. However before posting simply reboot the hub by disconnecting the power for a few seconds and wait for it to re-start and hopefully reconnect to the line (the leds on the hub will show you when thst hapoens https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start)
