Hi,
just installed new Max router all works ok, But I need to change the Wi-Fi /SSID name.
downloaded the app (many times) as it states this is done on the app and not from the hub/admin page,I go to settings in the app and it only shows broadband shield / internet security and can see no pencil icon anywhere.
it's now driving me around the twist as spent many hours trying to do this simple task!!!! Please help me ! Thanks

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Spots If you have just installed the max broadband router it can take up to between 24-48 hours to show in your product settings on the Sky app.

This time delay is unacceptable. I do not want to wait 24 hours until all my wireless connections reestablish themselves and I do not want to have to go round changing all their connection settings. Come on Sky, this needs to be available as soon as the router is installed.
