Can I manage where devices connect to in the house?
Hi all.
Currently using a Max Hub and we also have an extender pod upstairs. I am working upstairs yet my phone connects to the downstairs hub. My girlfriend who is working downstairs is struggling with her internet and finds that her phone is connecting to the upstairs extender.
Is there a reason why they are connecting like this, and is there not a way I can manage where we connect to? Ive looked in the app but cant see any function for this.
Thank you

Re: Can I manage where devices connect to in the house?
Hi @Murphy616
Some devices like to hang onto a signal and won't roam properly, this is often down the client devices and not the router.
Unfortunately Sky do not provide any functionality to control which router/pods your device connects to. The settings for this would be quite advanced.
