Can I have FTTP at new premises?

I plan to move to a new rented flat, however the Openreach "Fibre Availability" checker says fibre has not yet been rolled in that area - however comparison sites list Virgin as the only company offering fibre broadband packages in the postcode (I believe the current tenants have some variation of Virgin's broadband but could not see an FTTP box on the walls of the premises - its a small bungalow on its own land).

I put the new postcode in on Sky's website under the "Moving Home" section and it confirms that I can move my broadband package to that address - but it did not give me confirmation that my package will remain FTTP, and the availability of that is a huge factor in my decision whether or not to move in to the new location.

Can someone please provide me with insight? Particularly whether or not Sky is telling me I can have my FTTP package there, or if they're telling me they can provide some sort of service for me there but not FTTP.

Note that the vast majority of Virgin connections run over their private coaxial (metallic) cable rather than optical fibre.

Key information is "FTTP is not available" below the table, and the apparent absence of anything but ADSL2+

That means Sky (and BT/EE/Plusnet, Vodafone, TalkTalk etc) cannot currently offer Ultrafast at the address, and nor is FTTC available (which is now only the case at a few percent of UK addresses)

'FTTP on Demand' is irrelevant unless you want to spend tens of thousands of pounds on a bespoke connection.

At the minute any openreach isp can only offer 8Mbps which may entitle you to a government voucher which usually covers only upto £2800 or so of a potential £10000 bill that you would be responsible for

Realistically it's Virgin or nothing: (below average) ADSL is more or less useless for current internet use.

If there is a small brown box (left hand side of the image) outside it would be coaxial cable fed from the cabinet.  If it's the larger one it's fed by fibre (currently RFoG) with speeds up to 1 Gig.
