Can I get the new Sky Broadband Hub?
I’m an existing customer, how can I order a Sky Broadband Hub?
The new Sky Broadband Hub is available as part of Sky’s WiFi Guarantee. Existing Sky Broadband customers should contact Sky to discuss the options available to you.
Also, customers who subscribe to any Broadband package which includes Internet calls will receive the Sky Broadband Hub as standard.
How does Sky's WiFi Guarantee work?
Sky Essential, Superfast & Ultrafast broadband customers have the option to add Broadband Boost to their subscription. Sky Broadband Boost includes a range of features including our WiFi Guarantee.
Once you've subscribed to Sky Broadband Boost;
- You’ll be sent the new Sky Broadband Hub in the post
- If you’re not receiving at least 3Mbps WiFi in every room, you’ll be sent the new Sky Broadband Booster
- If you still can’t get WiFi in every room, you’ll be sent an engineer to investigate.

I have Sky Fibre Max, is that the same as Sky Superfast?
No. Sky Fibre Max is an older Fibre package.
Existing Sky Fibre customers who’d like to subscribe to a Superfast or Ultrafast will need to contact Sky to discuss their package.

I already have Broadband Boost, will Sky automatically send me a new Hub?
If you subscribed to Broadband Boost before 4th September 2019 you'll need to resubscribe to add WiFi Guarantee - then you’ll be sent the new Sky Broadband Hub (pictured) in the post.
Will all new customers get a Sky Broadband Hub?
Most will. All new Sky Superfast & Ultrafast Broadband customers will be sent the new Sky Broadband Hub. Sky Essential customers who do not include Sky Broadband Boost will continue to receive our Sky Q Hub.
How does the new Hub perform?
