Hi,
I'm just wondering if it's possible for sky to add a new line to my upstairs for internet?
Before i moved into my property there was a telephone - internet line in an upstairs bedroom. Now the sky box is downstairs.. my office is upstairs on the otherside of the house and the internet signal is very slow.

No, but you could potentially order a 'master socket relocation' if you have FTTC broadband, or an ONT move if it's FTTP.

How would I go about ordering a master socket relocation?

@Stephsky You would need to call Sky just dial 150 on your landline
