Can I change the delivery date for my broadband box?

I haven't moved into my address yet. Can I change the delivery date for my broadband box?

@Poppy99  Broadband hub are normally delivered by Roayl Mail of you're not in they should leave a card for you to collect from the local sorting office (the one nearest to your new address), I don't believe ypu can delay delivery of the hub.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I have the same issue. I need to slightly amend my delivery date. When ordering, it mentioned I'm able to change the delivery date using the app, but I'm unable to find this option. Picture attached

@MBrooks I think that is a generic message and you cannot change the hub date because the hubs are despatched by Unipart to arrive a couple of days before activation using Royal Mail. Exactly when the postman attempts to deliver your hub will vary but they should leave a card with details you can use to collect it from the local office.

@MBrooks that is something you need to raise with Sky directly. This
