Can I change the delivery address of my router?

I will be moving into my new apartment this month (22nd) and have ordered my Broadband package.

However, the router will be sent out when I cannot access my place.

Live chat does not work, so I'm wondering if I can get my router delivered elsewhere?

For security reasons the hub is always sent to the account address via Royal Mail. This delivery can be tracked. If no reply the postie should leave a card that details where the package can be collected from. Hubs are normally dispatched to arrive a couple of days before the activation date.

Re: Can I change the delivery address of my router?

Probably the worst online experience I've faced yet:

1. Live chat is broken with their AI **bleep**.

2. My phone number is not linked to my account when calling up.

I'm cancelling.

In that case you'll need to call Sky to cancel your new order.
