Builder has cut cable so wifi or phone

A builder has cut a cable at my mothers house and she no longer has wifi or a landline.  She is an oap and in a panic.  What does she need to do?  @Skyhelp

@Janet43 Your mother(or you if you have access to her account details) needs to call Sky and report the problem so they can get Openreach to attend and fix it.
