Buffering on TV when I also try to log on to internet with laptop. Only user in household.
TV buffers if I also try to log on to laptop to use internet at the same time.
No other devices being used I am only user in household. Also cannot watch any streaming TV on my TV upstairs. Have run a health check it says my connection is good everything is green. It did not used to be like this. Any advice?

Is this a sky glass tv? If so the minimum speed if I remember rightly for that is 10mps what speed is your broadband ? And if you want to watch anything uhd you need a minimum speed of 35mps to the sky glass tv

A Speed of 1.2mbps is very low and it no suprise you're having issues with multiple devices using such low speeds.
Can you post your details in this link and post back the results via a screen shot (pleae remove address details before posting). This will show if there are better speeds available to you.

@BuilderBob22 is that speed that you are quoting what you are seeing on the router or is this a speed test that you are doing on a device?
If you have found this solution helpful please tick this as the answer.
