Buffering & loseing Wi-Fi connection to to & deviced

streaming programme on tv it buffers frequently & eventually displays connection lost,gets to the point we give up streaming

also on my phone I can see it switches to 4g as it loses Wi-Fi connection

router is located approximately 20 feet away thorough 2 internal plasterboard walls

have tried switching router of & on to reconnect

Old 4g router was more reliable!

@Jasper888 If you are on a 4G hub that would be a mobile signal type and not sky landline broadband! linked below the current list of sky hubs!

Think you misread my post 

I previously had a 4g hub & it was more reliable.
