Bt open reach fault

So we had Gigafast connected back in December & we are still only getting between 80-110 speeds. A sky engineer has been out and told us its the Open reach connection box inside the house that has a fault. I've continually called & been on the online chat to explain to Sky but nothing is being done about it. I'm now 6 months in and paying a lot of money for not what has been advertised. Our neighbour has the 500mb speed and gets 400mb everyday. Any ideas to help us out before I pull the plug. Been with sky now over 15 years and broadband is obviously essential now.

One obvious issue is that any other Openreach ISP will use exactly the same optical cabling and ONT.

Note that in this context it's just 'Openreach': 'BT' is an ISP competing with Sky and also an Openreach client.

Re: Bt open reach fault

Ok thanks but that doesn't really help my issue or does it? Sorry I'm just a working from home mum here trying to sort decent internet connection. The box on the wall (not the router) which was connected by Openreach is faulty. The sky engineer says this needs looked at as my speed into the house is fine. How do I get sky to get an Openreach technical person out to refit it/supply a new box? I can't go to Openreach direct as my provider is Sky.
