Broken broadband blue power cable
Hi, I spoke to an advisor regarding my power wire two days ago, be advised the system wasn't letting him order me a new one and I'd have to wait it out until Saturday? I have no internet and I am paying for an EE hotspot. Please help me get a replacement wire 😞

@Amberloumcq23 Sky will actually send you a new hub and require you to return the old one although you can just switch the power cable over if you prefer. To make this simple I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted.
