@Ash1 if you order broadband from Sky they will place an order with Openreach who operate the network Sky uses.. If your home does not have a current copper phoneline one will be installed as part of the process however even older homes usually have a phone master socket somewhere.
If you are in an area where full fibre is available then Openreach will run a new fibre connection which is faster and more reliable. I would call to order as the agent can tell you what is involved.
