Broardband very slow and constantly disconnecting

Hello, 

 

Ever since i upgraded to ultrafast i have issued wifi dropping out around once a week. 

Now it has become unbarable dropping out 5-10 time a day, loosing connection to sky q box and generally unusable. Not good for an upgraded service!!

 

May possibly need a new hub?  Rang Sky no help just sent me a text message to a link that will not open!!

 

Need help please this is really poor.
