Broadband

I have had engineers out, replaced the open reach connection I've connected a new router. Was told to disconnect my hive and landline which I've done, the orange light for the voice is still coming on and it's affecting the internet, kicking me out then got to go through all the things to get re-connected. It was fine until I upgraded to giga fast, normal broadband was okay and never had any issues. Now sky are sending out another engineer. Think I've just about had enough of Sky cause I'm getting nowhere

I'm getting nowhere with the problem I have with giga fast broadband. I've had two engineers out, replaced the open reach box,had a new router connected. I have disconnected my hive and landline and it still kicks out my broadband connection. Had enough
