Broadband

I have applied for broadband though Sky but you can not provide me with the service due to Openreach not being able to connect the fibre, latest update from Openreach throw you was on 19/02/25 to say that they do not have the equipment in place to make a connection, for obvious reason of no supply I cancelled the order but can you tell if you have other broadband connections and is it possible to go back to the original connection, and what would be the monthly cost. I was an originally one of your long term customer

once FTTP is available at an address I think most ISPs will only take an order/openreach will only take an order of FTTP. Cancelling your order will result in further delays to getting you a broadband connection to your home.
