I have phoned up number off times bout Internet now nothing has change every time so goes on game half through a game he get kicked all tome stressing out bern happening for while now paying lot money shouldn't have issues like this or it lags like mad I have try sort u guys need to sort it as it not fair on som when getting kick if carry on can have total end my contract as this not fair when paying lot money all getting off u guys it is ok when ovasilly not as he is getting kick loads and lagging a lot

I'd imagine someone is getting kicked out of games due to poor internet.

@Marissa+thomas  if your gaming via console or PC try to use an ethernet connection rather than wifi for a more stable connection.
