Broadband

Hello, I had sky broad max installed in Jan, I have given it a few weeks to see if the signal improves but I'm struggle to get connected in quite a fewnparts of the house. I am also seeing it drop in and out a lot and devices will disconnect quite often. The straight of signal is also really low. I've tested it on line and it is saying there isn't an issue with the broadband and connection but insidebthe house it really struggles

Hi.  Did you get anywhere with this please? 

 

I am having exactly the same issue.  My previous broad band provider was much more consistent and found the rest of the house.

Still no luck, was told sky max would improve connection and can manage multiple users but it's worse now than the previous broadband which was also with sky. I increased the speed as well. Struggle now getting a connection in quite a few rooms
