Broadband

My broadband got installed yesterday and the guy said he thinks our router is broke as the orange wasn't changing to green I have given it to over night and it is still the same and not working. He said I might need a new router

Hi @Natasha65 

It would be rare for the router to be at fault when its showing an orange light, this usually means the line is connected up properly.
