@SandorRabiRab  How late were you paying?   Sky normally only restrict a service if a bill is unpaid after 2 failed direct debits attempted 10 days apart and will only disconnect after 56 days of non payment.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
