Broadband

Hi today the engineer must have come to fix my new broadband but I have not yet received the sky hub broadband so I want to cancel the install today

You can't cancel an appointment on the forum. We are customers like yourself. Cancelling any engineer visit on the day of the appointment or even the day before would result in a £25 charge.
