Broadband

Hi there, I have a similar issue, but we have actually moved our broadband to another provider, but still seeing our old sky wifi network, can you help?

If you have moved away from Sky Broadband but still see your Sky broadband's ID then you have one or more of the following;

- Sky Q box's

- Sky Booster

- 3rd party extender thats still configured for your Sky hub.
