My broadband isnt connecting and keeps saying password for box incorrect

@David361 is it all devices not connecting or one devicecrejecting thecpassword? If the latter tell the device to forget the Sky connection then reboot tge devicecto clear its memory. After doingvthst reboot it and try from scratch but check you are reading the password correctly as it is easy to read the letter I as a 1 or vice versa.
