It's saying there's an issue with my broadband but all the checks are saying its fine but I'm having issues with my phone. And it's not my phone but the WiFi

@Nanniec what issue are you having? What are the leds on the hub telling you? See https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start

 

If the voice light is amber but the internet light is green but you are not getting any connection power down your hub for 30 minutes which should clear the fault.
