Upgraded my broadband today, reset my router as the email advised and now I have nothing.
Had 4 green lights before now the end once that says voice is Amber and I have nothing Internet wise.
Can anyone help?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Mark249 try powering down the hub for 30 minutes to see if thst restablishes the connection if it doesn't give Sky a call.

I did this a couple of time last night (not for 30 mins right enough) and also reset the ONT and still the same issue
