Broadband

Hi,Recently our network is unstable, the speed is very slow, what is the problem? We paid so much money every month, but did not enjoy the fast service of the Internet! Now we are very angry, please deal with it as soon as possible, we are your VIP customers, thanks

What speeds are you getting, how are you testing and what package are you on ?,

 

Have you tried holding the reset button on the router for 10 seconds ?

 

see if that improves the speeds.

 

Next thing if that doesn't fix it is to leave the router unplugged for 10 mins so it flushes everything.
