Morning just reporting my wifi broadband hasn't been working for an hour, but testing shows its on..confused...

You aren't reporting anything to Sky here as we are customers. It could be maintenance taking place which is carried out overnight where possible to cause minimal disruption as most customers are asleep. If it's not back after 7am give Sky a call to report it.
