My son can't used PlayStation WiFi signal not going we had someone come she broadband expert could send someone out Whot son supposed to do in his room

Unfortunately, your post is being posted publically and isn't addressed to Sky you need to phone Sky on 150 from your home phone to get assistance with the issue from Sky.

@Shabana2 Sky do not send out engineers to sort issues with customer's own kit you would need to find a local IT expert to pay to do this for you if you can't do it yourself.

 

However most connection issues can be resolved quite simply. Resetting  the Play Station often sorts wifi connection issues otherwise see this link from Sony
