My broadband is running very slowly and has not been working properly for much of this morning. I’ve just returned from holiday and today is my first day back working from home, so I have a lot of work to get through and the connection issues are causing major disruption.
Could somebody please check this and fix the issue as soon as possible, and let me know once it has been resolved?

You haven’t contacted Sky by posting here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.

It's worth adding that Sky broadband being discussed on here is a domestic service and whilst it's fine for those customers working from home to use it they won't receive additional or quicker support.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Private/Direct Messaging is switched off
