Broadband

My broadband is very very very slow and it keeps dropping out we can't use it the automated service said you've got a problem with the setup, but everything is saying it is fine when we run a test but it is not can you help please

It's a black one, my son said someone hacked into ps5 and started downloading traffic to the hp address if I've got that can you help

@John362  You can lave the router off for around 1 hour and it should then give you a change of IP.

Hi mate it did not work turning the router off i left it off for about 3 hours is there anything else I can do or try please my router is a black one
