Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Davey1Hall lots of similar reports mostly caused by the recent heavy rain. If it continues log into the My Sky app when the hub is connected and run the connection test - ignore the result of an earlier routine test - as if the test spots an issue requiring repair it can book an engineer. However in many cases Openreach expect their automatic systems to stabilise the line as often there is little an engineer can do until the line dries out.
You can try calling Sky but you are likely to be told the samething.
