Broadband

My broadband is not working and I can't get through to anyone in sky please help

@GSherdian Sky's lines will be busy this morning after the heavy rain which seeems to have caused loads of issues. You can check if there is a known fault affecting your area is by running the Connection Test in the My Sky app over a mobile connection. If there is an area fault sit tight as it could take the engineers a while to sort it and there is nothing Sky or you can really do.

 

If no known fault is listed then you do need to report the issue to Sky. Lines will be busy but if you post AFTER running the check in the app a forum superuser can escalate your post to,a team that supports the forum.
