Broadband

This is bizarre wonder if anyone else has this problem.... my broadband is inoperative during the night sometime after 0000hrs  and comes back on like switch is flipped dead on 0600hrs every morning - a real pain for someone like me that gets up very early and wants to get work or things done with broadband-

@MUD310  Do you have SKy Q and have eco mode set on the Q boxes?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Re: Broadband

That's a good thought I'll check that - the Q box definitely powers down overnight at dons point but didn't think the broadband router could do same? Thanks v m for the feedback 👍🏻👍🏻

@MUD310

The Hub doesn't power down, but the Q WiFi hotspot function isn't active while the Q television box(es) are in deep-sleep (02:30 to 05:45)

If the location within the property where you are using a wireless device is covered by a Q hotspot during the day, it may well not be viable between those hours.
