Hi I've got an engineer booked for tomorrow but I need to cancel now it's all back working its booked for the 08/02/23 between 12 and 2 I no longer need this visit

@Louise+crossleyIf you are not able to change this in track orders in my account. You would be best to call in to Sky just dial 150 and they should then be able to cancel this for you.
