Broadband

My broadband has been down for 3 days now, I have sky glass so can't watch anything. Would like to know a date this will be resolved? Also think that this months bill should be reduced due to this lack in service !!??

@Nixienoo nobody can give anything other than a guess about how long your service will be down as the engineers will restore it as soon as posdible but you should be compensated for loss of broadband see Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com

Not dure on the Glass subs and you will have to call Sky to get an answer

@Nixienoo

The auto compensation will depend on if you've reported your issue to Sky. Don't assume they know. If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full working days from when you first report the fault to Sky, you will become eligible for it once the fault has been fixed. It will come in the form of a credit appearing on your account.
