Broadband wont connect a week after activation

Broadband was activated over a week ago. Had multiple issues with the delivery of the hub where no one could tell us anything. When it finally does arrive today it can't connect to the internet and i need another engineer visit... how can I speed up the engineer visit/find out when it will happen as i can't get in touch with openreach and speakign to someone at Sky is useless and ends up in someone apolgising.

You might be able to check when an engineer is due here:

 

https://www.sky.com/ordertracking

 

It is unlikely you can speed this up as the date given is down to the availability of an Openreach engineer in your area.
