@JimM1 Sorry, i put this in the wrong forum.
An update. I spoke to Sky this evening. They're sending another engineer on Thursday as there must be an issue with the router. I explained that the last engineer checked the router and was happy it was working as intended! The person I spoke to at sky said they would then contact Openreach to check the line. However they said that last time and are now pushing another engineer visit. I'm so annoyed with it all. I'm tempted to take the hit (£40 exit fees) and move over to someone else.
