Broadband with Landline Package to add to existing SKY TV?
Does anyone know if I can get a landline with a Broadband package? it doesn't have to be the fastest fibre just regular broadband.
I'm deaf with speech and mobility issues (amongst other multiple neurological issues!) and need a landline for my minicom to be able to get help in an emergency. I'm finding it really hard to find a package with a landline.
I'm currently with origin Broadband who are terrible to be honest and if I can't find someone else to take over on 23rd May when that ends I'm going to be stuck with no landline. I've heard Origin are being taken over but have no idea who but I already have Sky TV so am an existing customer and have had Sky TV for years since I moved here 18 years ago.
My brother is also with Sky and he has a landline as part of his package so was wondering if there was a way for me to contact Sky accessibility directly by email or something to ask if they could register me as vulnerable customer and do me a basic broadband plan with a landline included?
I'm mostly housebound and just need to be able to order stuff online to be delivered, food, prescriptions etc and have a landline incase I need to phone for ambulance or ring GP etc.
Thanks to anyone who answers.

Re: Broadband with Landline Package to add to existing SKY TV?
All Sky Broadband comes with Sky Talk Internet Calls. What you cannot obtain is a PSTN (analogue ) voice call service, because those haven't been available on new orders or ISP switching since September 2023.
PSTN is due to be switched off nationally in January 2027.

@LoobyLil You may find it a little bit difficult but only sky can say yes/no to the request with the equipment that you have and for them to currently take over the line especially with the digital side. Have a read link below and try to reach out first.
