renegotiated with sky broadband for another 18months and got rid of sky boost because the home office is a dead spot and you can't work on sky's promise of 3Mbps. Currently have sky ultrafast or whatever it's called (500Mbps) . Ran a cat5e ethernet cable from router to laptop in office and today it just won't connect to numerous laptops so it's not the laptop. Ran sky help checker and they say everything's fine. Sky Q won't connect to broadband either
