Broadband/wifi down
Hi, my broadband/wifi is down and I need help restarting. The PON light on the box is red, which I belive means a likely fault in the cable outside my home?

What area are you in?
Sky Stream , Sky Superfast, SR203 router, Tp link td w9970 + Asus RT AX58U (backup), Xbox Series X, google home mini, LG 55 inch uhd tv, with Dolbyvision, samsung a5 2017 and samsung s21

There does appear to be an outage carried over from yesterday
Have you reported it to sky
Contact sky as below
Follow the link and choose need more help

If in the Republic of Ireland go to the bottom of the page and change the flag to Republic of Ireland

Thanks for that tip- I called on the phone number under the "Need more help", ran through some automated system checks, went through to a human being pretty quickly, and they've organised an engineer to visit tomorrow morning.
hopefully will be sorted soon
