Broadband / wifi challenge

My connection is unstable. Constantly dropping. Constantly having to restart my computer. I work right next to the hub. It no longer holds a constant connect to my phone. Meeting call platforms are a challenge. It's been like this for over a year. I have been with Sky for over 7 years now. I would like a new hub. Sky broadband and wifi checks say everything is fine but it's not

@Mali3185 if you have a black Sky hub post the units connection stats tsken when it has been running for at least an hour see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics

My speed of hub is 68.7 Mb/s. Daily average over the past 30 days is 68.4 Mb/s. Is this the right information?

I'm having this issue too, for about a week too! I also work right next to the router. I've done several service checker tests and they all come back fine!

I have also tried to find the stats following the instructions you sent. Unfortunately, I cannot log in. No password or username combination is working. I even tried a reset. Did not make a difference. So I am stuck.
